The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The bed and pillows were the best and we had two nights of deep sleep. Service was generally excellent but the most pleasant surprise came from Chef. We were exhausted on our return from the day and asked if we could have two dining room meals sent to our room. They arrived hot and the presentation was outstanding. The food itself was superb and so delicious. You just can’t get better service than what we had. We’re not golfers but will definitely return for another stay. Well done team!”

The resort fee covers a variety of additonal amenities and services designed to enhance your stay.
- Garden Tours – Enjoy an informative guided tour of our Pacific Patch vegetable garden and honeybee apiary hosted twice weekly by Executive Chef Ryan Watson or Golf Course Superintendent Brad Sinclair. Saturdays at 10:00am and Wednesdays at 1:30pm.
- Frozen Treats in the Lobby – Stop by the lobby on Fridays between 4:00pm and 5:00pm for a complimentary ice cream or popsicle.
- Relax at our Serene Space – Find serenity and relaxation in nature at our Serene Space seating area located next to the Wedding Chapel.
- City Bikes – Borrow our two urban cruisers to explore the many great trails and paths around Campbell River. Bikes, helmets and locks are available at Reception.
- Meet the Managers Reception – Come enjoy a complimentary beverage and snacks and say hello to some of the Naturally Pacific Resort management team. Thursdays 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Locations vary so please check with Reception.
- Complimentary Mineral Pool – Enjoy Immersion Spa + Wellness’s signature experience, the luxurious and soothing Mineral Pool. Complimentary access available Sundays from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
- Short Game Lesson – Meet our Golf Operations Manager Jordan Fletcher & Assistant Professional Daniel Sheriff for a short game lesson at our beautiful short game practice area. There is space for 4 adults each Tuesday from 9:00am to 10:00am and for 4 junior golfers each Sunday from 10:00am to 11:00am.
- Hotel Guest Specials – Hotel guests receive 15% off apparel at Elements Apparel + Golf and spa treatments at Immersion Spa + Wellness. See Reception for more information. Some restrictions apply.
- Frozen Treats at the Pool – Frozen fruit treats served daily at 4:00pm on the swimming pool deck.

- Complimentary City Shuttle – Our shuttle van makes daily trips to downtown Campbell River. The van departs each morning at 9:00am and returns to the resort at 4:00pm. Drop off and pick up is at the Campbell River Visitor Centre.
- Discounted Valet Parking – Save 50% and take advantage of our valet parking services for only $10 a day.
