Patio + Barbecue Menus

From slow-smoked barbecue and fire-grilled favourites to handcrafted cocktails and seasonal features, Sunset Terrace brings bold flavours and laid-back outdoor dining together.

Our barbecue is smoked low and slow in a Cookshack smoker, with brisket smoked for 14 hours, pulled pork for 10+ hours, and ribs and chicken smoked to perfection over 4–5 hours. Pair it with our house-made Whiskey BBQ sauce, signature BRBN glaze, and house-pickled vegetables for the full experience.

Takeout menu items are available for onsite ordering and pick up while quantities last. Guests are invited to stop by the patio to place their order in person — then sit back and enjoy a cold beer while our team quickly packages everything up fresh from the smoker.
