Carve + Craft returns to Carve Kitchen & Meatery for an exclusive five-course beer pairing dinner in collaboration with Campbell River's own Beach Fire Brewing.

Inspired by the rugged beauty of Vancouver Island and the spirit of the West Coast, Beach Fire Brewing has built a loyal following through its approachable craft beers, community roots, and commitment to quality. From crisp, refreshing ales to rich, full-bodied brews, each beer is crafted to bring people together and celebrate the place we call home.

For one night only, Executive Chef Ryan Watson and the culinary team at Carve have created a menu designed to showcase the unique character of Beach Fire's award-winning beers. Each course has been thoughtfully paired to complement and elevate the flavours in every glass and every plate.

Chef Ryan's ingredient-driven approach combines premium cuts, locally sourced ingredients, and seasonal inspiration. Drawing on experience gained in some of Canada's most celebrated resort kitchens, including Fairmont Banff Springs' 1888 Chop House, he continues to champion sustainable sourcing and regional flavours throughout Carve's menus.
